We make an integrated production of grapes, using a vine training system created by my father, Professor Rogério de Castro, the LYS system, the highlight of Quinta de Lourosa. It is a three-dimensional system that produces grapes in 3 areas of the vineyard structure which allows better manage the different productive areas without causing conflict between them.
